2016 Woman In Sport Breakfast
Together with Sport & Recreation Victoria and event partners Vicsport, Calisthenics Victoria, Netball Victoria, Softball Victoria and Victoria University, Gymnastics Victoria invites you to the inaugural Women in Sport Breakfast. To be held on Wednesday 24th August, this year’s event will celebrate and recognise the value women bring to sport and how our resilience and ability to overcome adversity often leads to great achievements.
The event will feature two key note speeches from:
- 2000 Sydney Olympic Games Takewondo Gold Medallist Lauren Burns
- Former Gymnast turned Halfpipe Snowboarder aiming for the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, Stephanie Magiros.
The breakfast will also welcome Fox Sports Australia Reporter and Presenter Neroli Meadows as the Master of Ceremonies for this year’s event.
The event promises to be informative, inspiring and also interactive, so we encourage you to book your tickets early and come prepared with a question or two to ask the speakers.
Please note the event is most appropriate for Club Presidents, Managers, Administrators and Coaches from the sports industry, however if you have an interest in women in sport, we also invite you to attend.
Tickets are strictly limited, register today!
