Open House: Co-Working Space #3

The third edition of Open House: Co-Working Space left participants feeling energised, with an arsenal of new, easy exercises that they can do at home thanks to Gymnastics Victoria's Alison Lyons demonstration of 'Move My Way'. Other highlights from the day included Virginia Affleck's presentation on North Melbourne Football Club's 'The Huddle' program.  Affleck gave attendees a detailed look at the amazing work of the program and the things they have been able to achieve within communities.  If you would like to learn more, please visit The Huddle's website. The Open House also served as a great opportunity for VicHealth funded State Sporting Associations (SSAs) and Regional Sports Assemblies (RSAs) to communicate with one another on their progress with Physical Activity, Healthy Choices and Water projects in 'Project Sharing' sessions. A big thank you to everyone who attended any of the three sessions and embracing the new concept.  The next sessions will continue to improve, and centre around you, the sport administrator. If you have any suggestions on what you would like to see at future Open House events please contact us.
